Deadlines

  • Product Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

  • Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

  • Visible Damage: For items such as broken glass or missing parts, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos or video of the product and its packaging.

Return Conditions The product must show no signs of use and must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified. Once the product is received and the quality analysis is approved, the customer may choose to:

  1. Exchange it for another product in stock.

  2. Receive a refund for the product value. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty All products have a 30-day warranty starting from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, please send a video of up to 1 minute or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and the visible shipping label.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage after purchase (cracked screens, scratches, dents).

  • Damage caused by liquids or moisture.

  • Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications.

  • Natural wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, battery reduction, etc.).
